Restaurant List Data
We store the restaurants you add to your list, including names, cuisine types, price ranges, and locations. This data is synced to our servers so you can access it across devices.
Location Data
When you use the “Browse Nearby” feature, we request your device’s location to find restaurants near you. Location data is sent to our server to query the Google Places API on your behalf. We do not store your location history.
Usage Data
We track basic usage statistics within the app, such as how many times you’ve used the “Decide for Me” feature, your streaks, and selection history. This data is tied to your account and used to power the Stats feature.

Third-Party Services
Google Places API: When you search for restaurants or browse nearby, your search queries and location are sent through our server to the Google Places API. Google’s privacy policy applies to their processing of this data: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on our servers and protected using industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure password hashing. Your restaurant list is also stored locally on your device for offline access.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
